About Me

Graham Randall is an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at AlphaDev, LLC, a life-science pre-venture development company where he seeks out promising medical imaging and informatics technologies for commercialization. He is also a Co-Founder and Principal of Schmeidel Randall, LLC, a life science consulting practice that provides strategic, marketing, and management guidance to early-stage companies.

As a member of the Gulf Coast Regional Life Science Screening Committee, Graham reviews business plans for the Texas Emerging Technology Fund, and he sits on a research advisory board for the Department of Pathology at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Prior to moving to Houston, Graham spent 8 years in Silicon Valley designing software for several startup companies including Tellme Networks, which was later acquired by Microsoft for $800 million.

Graham earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Biophysics from Baylor College of Medicine where he was a fellow of the W.M. Keck Center for Computational Biology and a recipient of the prestigious John J. Trentin Scholarship Award. He also has an MBA from Rice University and a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley.
